How do you beat the monkey in Naruto Uzumaki chronicles?

At first you have to hold it off until "reinforcements" come, and once you do you have to destroy each of the Spirit Orbs on the pillars, I would start with the yellow one and the blue one, and then you'll be able to attack it. Repeat until it gets down to yellow health. Then it will change faces and regenerate, and then by that time you should have Naruto's Nine-tailed Fox mode up (the fire behind his nameplate will be blazing and you can press triangle-cirlce) You should be able to reduce it's health down to at least yellow. Then you can use Shadow Clones to get it down to red, and once you do it will regenerate. Then wait for Naruto's Nine-tailed Fox mode comes back up (keep using Shadow Clones-and make sure you avoid the Black Wave attack) and then you will be able to kill it with no problem. Naruto doesnt take any damage when he's in that form so it shouldn't be too hard :D Hope I helped....
