No. The only wartime nuclear bombs that have ever been used were the two employed by the United States against Japan in August of 1945. However, recently the Assad regime has used chemical weapons to attack civilians and enemies of the regimes. Conversely, Syria was collaborating with North Korea with the possible intent of acquiring nuclear weapons technology. This was thwarted by an Israeli aerial assault which targeted the facility.
