Do you still get your period while on the depo shot?

I've been on depo shot for 3 years and I never have periods but it's not the same for everyone however it is common for a lot of people to stop having periods when they are using depo.

Sorry if I'm kinda lurching onto this person's answer..

I'm 15 and taken the shot since January 2011. I've had some blood still but it's a very small amount. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not so I'm just telling you that if it happens to you, you're not the only one.
