What do you do when the switch and fan for air conditioner does not go on?

Check all possible power sources to the unit, Circuit breaker ,local on/off switches, emergency on/off switches if present, cabinet cover interlock switches on the indoor unit and lastly the fuses in the local disconnect switch near the condenser. If everything is closed and you have power to both units indoors and out and still have nothing, its time to call somebody.
