What should be in an overnight bag?

It kinda depends on where you're going, and gender of course. If you're going to a friend's house (works for guys and girls) then just bring the basics: Shower stuff, hair brush, tooth brush, tooth paste, floss, hair stuff (girls), clothes, deodorant, don't forget socks and underwear, and also ask the person who's house you're going to if you need anything extra such as swimsuits, sunscreen, etc... It's always nice to bring some money too so that family doesn't have to buy you everything.

I'm going to a water park this month (Great Wolf Lodge rocks!) so I'll give a water park example too.

Girls:

Swimsuit and cover up

Sunscreen

Hair bows and Hairbrush

Toothbrush, toothpaste, floss

Shower stuff

Lotion

Face wash if you use it

Deodorant

Clothes (Depending on how many days. It's always good to bring one extra)

Socks and Shoes
