What happens to grace at the end of Forever by Maggie Stiefvater does she get to become and stay human?

Its not yet said whether grace stays human in the book. I think the ending of the book means that Sam is purposing to Grace and they are going to start with forever. I think if Maggie were to make another book in this series Grace would get cured. Hopefully this helps you!
