Who is involved in the planning of a project?

Usually the following people are involved in planning of a project:

1. The Project Manager
2. Customer/Client Representatives (Preferably the client itself)
3. Project Sponsor
4. Technical Architects/Leads
5. Senior team members
6. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
