As a fellow user, and have never failed when using Omni, normally there are a few steps. 1) Avoid food for atleast 3 hours prior to the screening. 2) You are going to want to drink plenty of water before taking the pill (I'd say 16oz is plenty). 3) After taking the pill drink atleast 48oz. of water. The more you drink, the more you can rest assured. 4) Urinate as frequently as possible. The safest bet is to urinate atleast 3 to 4 times before leaving to assure your system is flushed. P.S. The Omni product does not clean your system, but rather mask it. The usual effectiveness is usually between 1 to 2 hours after you take it and will last between 2 to 4 hours. So after you find out about the test, I'd suggest you not smoke. With the pill, don't worry about performing any outstanding tasks (i.e. drinking elevated amounts of water prior to the day of taking the pill). I'd suggest taking the pill 2 hours before the test, therefore you've assured its readiness and know it will last up to 4 hours after test.
