How long do Stellar Nebulas live?

Stellar nebulae, which are clouds of dust and gas where stars are formed, exist for millions to billions of years. During their lifespan, they gradually collapse under gravity to form new stars. Once the star formation process is complete, the nebula disperses or may evolve into other astronomical objects.
