Is it possible to get a box of condoms with two lot numbers on them?

I wouldn't think so. my husband and I drive truck as a team and I found two condoms in his sock drawer and a third condom under a throw rug in the truck. I noticed that thy were the same brand and type but the lot number and country of manufacturing was different on the one under the rug. I asked him about the two I found in the drawer and he said that he bought them for me to use with a vibrator he got me. I asked why there was only two and he said that that's the way they come in a box. I asked why he took them out of the box and hide them in his drawer but he didn't have a good answer for it. I asked if he used them for self pleasure and while he admitted to doing that he said he has never used a condom for it. the next day when I cleaned out the truck is when I found the third one under the rug.
