How long to get through passport control in Frankfurt Is an hour and a half between flights long enough to catch a flight?

I recently traveled through Frankfurt International in Frankfurt, Germany. It required about one hour to go from the airplane and through customs and Immigration. I was connecting to a domestic flight.

If you are only transiting the country, you will stay inside the International Area and not have to go through customs and immigration.

This is my experience based upon using a valid USA Passport.
