What do lowes installers get paid?

As a previous installer for Lowe's, when Isub'ed for them we tended to get paid a portion of the installation cost. ie, $5,000.00 for cabinets + $900.00 installation = $675.00 to the installer (they get 25% of the install cost + the mark up on the cabinets) not bad on their end. Say $5000.00 for the cabinets which cost actually $2500.00 + the 25% from above $900.00 installation cost +$2725.00 to them, so yeah its a racket
