Who has the best army in Asia?

Up until the late 1970's Communist Vietnam did...as Communist China found out in 1979. The power of an army is measured by the enemy it fights. The North Vietnamese Army had fought the most powerful nation on earth for over a decade; and ulitimately won. That made them the best!
