What year was the simka car made?

They started production before WW2. In the mid 1960s Chrysler bought the company. It was promised to Ford in the 1950s (15%) But he never took his claim. My family owned a 4 door,lt must of been a late 50s early 60s model. I remember the name and that it was black. Great question
