How many people play evony?

Evony is becoming an extremely popular game. There is at least 7 million players currently in Evony.

The above content is not true and either posted by Evony to make game seem more popular then it is or someone who has never played Evony.

The server i am in the process of leaving (54) only has 5800 people, and many of those are inactive players. Even with 136 servers this doesn't equal even close to 7 million.
