What does FR stand for in 40 FR container?

40 feet FR container means ; 40 feet long FLAT RACK container which is used to load over dimensional cargo that cannot be accomodated or loaded into a normal container, there is also 20 feet FLAT RACK container.

The rates are usually higher than the normal containers and availability is limited.
