The first thing you want to do is not to squeeze it. A boil is an infection - usually of a hair follicle. Squeezing it may make it worse. Moist heat or soaks applied several times a day will usually make the boil come to a "point" and drain spontaneously. If it does not come to a "point," you should see your physician about it as you may need to have it drained surgically as it may have become an abscess - a collection of pus beneath the skin. This is especially so if you develop any other signs of infection, such as fever, chills, or weakness and malaise.
