How do you get thirty-one year old son to grow up?

if there is nothing wrong with his mental faculties, he is an adult and should be living as one, on his own, earning his own living, not at home with parent(s)if all these things describe your son, then you cannot interfere with his life, on the other hand if he is being enabled by you like living at home, having his cleaning and washing done for him, and supporting him financially, then STOP RIGHT NOW! he will grow up in no time!!
