Most if not all educational establishments have very strict rules regarding liaisons between staff and students, similar to most professions that prohibit liaisons between someone in a person of power and the person they have power over.

For the good of both parties, no relationship should be formed until the student has graduated, regardless of the gender or sexual orientation of those involved.
