How do you unfreeze frozen goron guy?

Go to the top of Darmani's Tomb and pull his tomb out. After doing this, quickly carry some of the hotspring waterto the frozen block of ice that is covering a hole. Acquire some more of the hotspring water from the newly found opening near the Goron Elder. Destroy the snow and use the hotspring water to unfreeze the Goron Elder. This is also how you learn the Goron's Lullaby.
