How is the morality in society effected by celibacy?

It's called politics darling. The so-called "forefathers" of the three main monotheistic religions were interested in increasing their followers through the "be fruitful and multiply" clause but inevitably, they became too prolific and it was time to cut back, hence "the celibacy is holy" clause came into effect.
