96 cirrus no fuel no spark?

Have you measured primary & secondary resistance at the ignition coil on the distributor?

The coil in the distributor on these vehicles is a very common poit of failure. If it fails, it can cause other things to shutdown, such as the fuel pump.

For fuel pump diagnosis, pull and check the FP relay for starters.

I also had this issue on my 1998 Cirrus, it was the cam position sensor. A bad crank position sensor will also leave you with no spark or fuel.
