How do you get a real magic elf costume?

If you know someone that can so or do custom sewing, you can use a jumpsuit or coverall pattern and modify it slightly, making collar bigger and bell bottom the legs, then you can use sequins and other craft supplies to make the eagle or peacock or whatever is on the suit you want to copy. For the cape just get a white one and make it about waist length and the shades are available online. Elvis is so popular I'm sure you can buy them though unless you really want to start from scratch. You should at least look at them it will give you ideas.,
