Who is Dr Dante B Canlas?

Dr. Dante B. Canlas is a Filipino economist and mathematician who is currently working as a professor at the University of the Philippines School of Economics. From 2001 to 2002, he served the Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority under the government of then president, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
