What is the difference between 320N gore tex and 480N gore tex?

The Gore Tex 320N and 480N are both Gore Tex's Pro 3L material, which means they are both 3 layer materials, consisting of the windproof and waterproof Gore-tex material in the center, an outer layer, and a separate inner layer. The 480N has a more abrasion resistant inner and outer layer and is more rugged than the 320N. The 320N is slightly lighter than the 480N.
