What makes a guy loses his interest in a girl?

There can be a multitude of reasons for a guy losing interest in a girl. The most common reason would likely be the guy has found or has feelings for a different or new girl.

Other reasons could be being bored with the girl, the girl doesn't share the guys interests, the newness of the relationship is over etc.
