What does an 80 degree angle look like?

Notice that it has two 80s on it. To form an 80° angle, extend the line through one of the number 80s (it doesn't matter which) down to the crosshairs in the center of the bottom, then draw a line from the crosshairs to the 0 (zero) on the same side as the 80 you started with. Traditionally, angles are drawn facing the right, but if yours faces the left, that's not wrong.

Right angles are ninety degrees. Squash one of those a little bit.
