How do you kill Killbane in Saints Row 3?

In Saints Row: The Third, you kill Killbane during the mission "The Ties That Bind." After a series of confrontations, you face him in a final showdown in a Wrestling ring. Use a combination of melee attacks and gunfire to defeat him, and ultimately, you will have the option to either kill him or spare him, depending on your choice. If you choose to kill him, you'll see a dramatic cutscene that concludes his storyline.
