Meaning of human resource cycle

Human resource cycle consists of 4 main elements,

-Acquisition- this invloves identifying staffing needs, recruitment and selection

-Development- involves training and development, and maintenance of data bases

-Maintenance-includes monetary and non-monetary bebefits

-Separation- either voluntary and involuntary

Each of these elements complement each other to result in a desired outcome to be achieved, and a productive and efficient work force.
