What to wear in Hokkaido winter?

Singlet inside, T-shirt inside, 1st layer sweater outside, then 3 more layer of heating sweaters. Finally, Put on a winter coat. Pants: A pair of tights or leggings, with Snow/sweat pants or Thick jeans.
