Can a 17 year old become emancipated in New Hampshire?

I believe so.
New Hampshire, as far as I know because I am 18 and working on trying to get emancipated, does not have any emancipation laws, however, it does recognize other state's emancipation laws.
I saw something by the name of Title 1, Chapter 21-B:2. But I can't find out any information on what that is.
