Most common problems that causes this in order:
- Plugged inside house air filter
- Plugged or blocked return or outlet ducts
- Plugged or dirty condenser unit (outside of house)
- Plugged condensation drain on central unit inside house
- Allowing outside air into house, open Windows, doors etc.
- Mechanical or electrical problem with unit
