Why does ac cool some rooms better than others?

Different rooms heat up differently for a number of reasons, one being the size of the room, secondly it might be due to which side of the room the Windows face. Rooms with south or west facing Windows tend to heat up more quickly and stay warmer longer. Also some rooms are better insulated than others, which keeps the hot air out and the cold air in.
