Why did some countries not industrialise?

Some countries did not industrialize due to factors such as lack of Natural Resources, political instability, interference from colonial powers, insufficient infrastructure, limited access to capital and technology, or being caught in conflict or war. Additionally, cultural or social norms, environmental constraints, or reliance on traditional economies could also have hindered industrialization in certain countries.
