Does Cultural boundaries always correspond to political boundaries?

Cultural boundaries do not always correspond to political boundaries. While political boundaries are often drawn based on historical events, governance, or territorial claims, cultural boundaries are shaped by language, ethnicity, traditions, and social practices. As a result, a single political entity may encompass multiple cultural groups, and conversely, cultural groups may span multiple political entities.
