Are Tuxedo cats smarter than other breeds?

Please note that Tuxedo cat is not a real breed, Tuxedo cat is the name given to a black and white cat of anybreed (Except breeds that are only genetically capable of certain colors). Intelligence depends on the individual and not the breed/color.
