Country code +800 is used for Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN). There should be exactly 8 digits after the +800. You will also see these numbers advertised with the appropriate international access prefix prepended, as in 00 800 xxxx xxxx, or 011-800-xxxx-xxxx.
