Where is the fuse box on a 1998 Volvo v70 wagon?

If you open the hood and look by where the driver's side hood hinge mounts to the body, you will see a black plastic cover with a small latch on it. This cover is about 7" by 3". That's the cover to the fuse box. Inside the cover is a label that will help you find the right fuse.
