What does 3 2 bedrooms mean?

2bed 3 bath? or a big house!!! The expression is vague at best. It probably refers to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, but may also mean 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are normal size and one very small, as in a baby's nursery room.
