Which designers make mini dresses?

In our society today, nearly all fashion designers make garments that have a mini length. It was Mary Quant in the 1960's who first invented the miniskirt. All teenage girls loved it, and it soon became popular. After this, loads of other fashion companies (e.g. Biba) followed in her footsteps, and now miniskirts (and dresses) are extremely popular, and most people own one. (:
