Where's the quiver in original NES Legend of Zelda?

A quiver, if I am not mistaken, is a device used to carry arrows and you do not need

anything to carry arrows in in the originals Zelda for NES. If you are referring to

bow itself than it is in the first underworld in the first quest and in the third or fourth

underworld (if memory serves me right) in the second quest.
