What options are there for stripped oil pan plug when 2 oversized plugs have been used and they leak and strip when removed 1 time?

If the oil pan bolt is stripped and nothing can hold it's position than the oil pan itself should be replaced. Replacements can be easily found. If not oil starvation can become a real issue leading to catastrophic engine failure.
