Does the sexual orientation of people has something to do with the different cultures?

A sexual orientation is a predisposition or that determines whether one is heterosexual, homosexual, or bi-sexual. Culture can effect sexual orientation in terms of how tolerant that culture is towards a specific sexual orientation. For example, many cultures around the world are not tolerant towards homosexuality or bi-sexuality, therefore one can expect harsher personal and societal punishments for homosexuals and bi-sexuals that make their sexual orientation known.

The sexual orientation has more to do with biological issues than with the cultural issues. However, intolerance of a particular sexual orientation may mean that those discriminated against will be less likely to make their sexual orientation known.
