From what I recall from my nutrition class, yes. I believe it is the tannic acid in tea that can reduce absorption of certain vitamins and minerals, namely iron.
This applies to green or black tea; herbal teas such as chamomile, mint, hibiscus, etc will not contain tannins.
A few of the many herbs that contain tannins are: Mate, Lavender, Guarana, Raspberry, and Bilberry.
Herbs containing soluble fibre can also interfere with absorption of vitamins as well as pharmaceuticals. Herbs that contain this include Slippery Elm and Marshmallow.
