George Washington was depicted on an 1863 $100 Interest-bearing Note. Interest-bearing Notes were technically not banknotes but served a similar purpose. Abraham Lincoln was shown on the the 1869 United States Note, which was a true banknote.

Today, of course, Benjamin Franklin is on the $100 bill. He was many things - Founding Father, statesman, diplomat, inventor, philosopher, and others - but never served as president.
