Is camping safe

1. You might easily get lost
2. You might be injured
3. You might run into a dangerous animal
4. You might get sick
5. You might camp on a flood plain and be washed away with a flash flood
6. You might never be seen again

Always make sure someone knows exactly where you are and never camp by yourself unless it is in one of those public campgrounds with rangers and lots of other people around you.
