My gmail shows up in a compact mode or else too big for the screen and I want to know how to change it?

Below the drop down box that you use to log out on the top right corner of the window is another drop down box with a wheel on it. This is the settings drop down box. If you click on that wheel there will be three options...comfortable, cozy, or compact, and that is how you can change your display density.
