What part of Asia does white tigers live in?

They have been seen throughout Asia. They are seen sometimes in forests in Japan. Korea and China. also Russia :] and so on. White tigers are rare. they are tigers still (just like the orange ones.) but something happened to them while in the mother tiger that made it white.
