Can your wife just take the kids?

I am deployed and my wife is threatening to leave and take the kids. Two days ago there were no issue's and she knows I will be home in 45 days. Upon my return I am transferring to shore duty where I will be able to be with the family for three years with no threat of being deployed. My wife knows this and is complaining that she is tired of always being the one whom stays with the kids and takes care of them. In the last four years I have been gone more than half of it. Prior to going to a deployable unit I was on shore duty and was always there and we were very happy. If she does leave is there anything I can do upon my return to get my children back, isn't this kidnapping?

Since you are together it would be considered kidnapping but not it would be hard to fight because she is the mother and you have been away for a while.
