How long does it take to climb up hermits peak?

From the El Porvenir campsite it is a 4 mile hike to the top. It is pretty much all up hill, not very steep but can be a bit rocky in places. Normal pace with plenty of water breaks should take about 3 hours. Expect about a 2.5 hour hike back down again (since you will be stopping fewer times!) A great day out, with fantastic views as your reward.
